The software department at MPC is responsible for maintaining the many industry standard and proprietary software packages that allow the magic enjoyed on screen by millions to be made.
Support team of 38 developers across Vancouver and Montreal sites, providing coordination to develop tools and provide support for ~800 artists across sites. Collaborate with global software team on multi-site & global development initiatives. Point of contact for artists, production staff, managers, and department heads.

Lead Instructor for IDEA-x, a one month intensive program for undergraduate students, teaching collaborative idea development and fundamentals of design processes. Developed and adapted course content around design-based thinking exercises, collaboration, and production; tailored to Chinese ESL students from the Communication University of China (CUC).
The course consisted of two weeks of classroom instruction followed by two weeks of team based project work, working with AGILE project management techniques, time management, and prototyping.
